2023 4th International Conference on Energy Power and Automation Engineering (ICEPAE 2023), sponsored by Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, organized by College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, was successfully held on June 10, 2023. This meeting was held through a combination of online and offline!
2023年6月10日，由浙江水利水电学院主办，浙江水利水电学院电气工程学院承办，华侨大学信息科学与工程学院、中国计量大学机电工程学院、浙江水利水电学院科技处、浙江水利水电学院国际合作交流处、湖州市南浔创新研究院、湖州市南浔区科技局（科协）、南通大学电气工程学院、浙江理工大学信息科学与工程学院、湖州市南浔区机电工程学会共同协办的第四届能源电力与自动化工程国际学术会议（ICEPAE 2023）在浙江水利水电学院(南浔校区)圆满召开，本次会议采用线下+线上相结合的形式。

The conference was hosted by Dr. Yan He and Chuanhui Zhu, in the opening ceremony speech, Vice President Bo Zhao, on behalf of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, expressed his heartfelt thanks and sincere welcome to all academicians, experts and scholars who could spare their precious time to attend the conference. He expressed warm congratulations on the successful convening of this conference!
In his speech, President Zhao mentioned that Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power is the only application-oriented undergraduate university of engineering with water conservancy and hydropower characteristics in Zhejiang Province, the only university co-built by the Ministry of Water Resources and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and the only "double-civilization" university awarded "National civilized Unit" and "National civilized Campus". He also said that the holding of this conference provides a good platform for discussing problems, sharing experiences and scientific research results. Besides it is plays an active and important role in enhancing the exchange of electric power, newenergy,automation and other disciplines and promoting frontierexploration in related fields.
本次会议由浙江水利水电学院国际交流与合作处处长何彦和朱传辉博士主持，浙江水利水电学院赵玻副校长做大会开幕致辞。开幕式上赵校长对会议的召开表示热烈的祝贺，对各专家学者表示诚挚的欢迎。在致辞中，赵校长谈及浙江水利水电学院是浙江省内唯一一所水利水电特色的工科类应用型本科高校、唯一一所水利部和浙江省人民政府共建高校、唯一一所获评“全国文明单位”“全国文明校园”的“双文明”高校。他还表示本次大会的召开为探讨问题、分享经验和科研成果提供了良好的平台，对增进电力、新能源、自动化等学科交流和推动相关领域前沿探索起到积极而重要的作用。
